Catherine’s main passion is the uniqueness of women, and the understanding that their struggles are just as unique as they are. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy, therefore, Catherine believes in a customized, highly personalized approach.

Background – She was born & raised in Jackson.  She & her husband Mark have blended a family with four children and lots of family dogs.

Women have special mental health concerns, and to address those, Catherine utilizes wholistic wellness which encompasses mind/body/spirit approaches.  She helps clients navigate;

Catherine’s personal interests include outdoors, yoga, serving others, being in community.
