Hi, I am so glad you found my page. My hope for you is that it may be the beginning of a beautiful unfolding. I would love to tell you a little bit about my passion for journeying through life with others. I am a heart-led mental health therapist who believes in meeting you exactly where you are—no judgment, only open-hearted support. I believe there is no one-size fits all approach to therapy and I tailor my approach to each individual that I have the privilege of holding space for.

I treat the entire person utilizing trauma-based modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Experiential Therapy, and yoga, along with traditional talk therapy. It is my desire to help you move through places where you may be stuck both in mind and body, reconnect with your inner calm, become empowered, and find your way back home to yourself—while encouraging a little fun along the way. By integrating some non-traditional modalities in the therapeutic process, I hope to create a holistic pathway for releasing stored trauma in the body, allowing for emotional healing and nervous system regulation to take place.

Whether your desire is to make sense of the past or breathe a little easier in the present, my desire is to walk alongside you, offering a grounded, compassionate space to explore, heal, and grow. I hope my sessions feel less like clinical work and more like soulful conversations with purpose—always anchored in hope and the belief that recovery is possible, one step at a time..
